Compensation:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualifying physical therapy degree.
  • Current, active, and unrestricted Washington State Physical Therapist license or valid privilege to practice through the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact.
  • Maintain compliance with Washington State licensing and continuing education requirements.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-centered outpatient setting.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, and functional conditions.
  • Develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
  • Manage an outpatient caseload of approximately 15–18 patients per day while maintaining personalized, high-quality care.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation using the clinic’s electronic medical record system.
  • Communicate with referring providers as needed regarding patient progress.
  • Collaborate with therapists and support staff to promote excellent patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations.
  • Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and team-focused clinic culture.

Skills:

  • Strong orthopedic evaluation, clinical reasoning, and treatment skills.
  • Excellent manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education abilities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Efficient, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
  • Ability to independently manage a diverse outpatient caseload.
  • Positive, dependable, and self-motivated approach to patient care.
  • Interest or advanced training in specialty areas such as vestibular therapy, pelvic health, sports medicine, spine care, geriatrics, neurological rehabilitation, dry needling, or other clinical specialties is highly valued.
